Welcome to BUNZAI, where we serve passion on a plate.
This journey began more than a decade ago with a simple dream of mine to open a place where the humble smash burger could be celebrated and savored in all its glory. This about more than just opening another random burger restaurant; it is about bringing a dream to life, a dream that has marinated for over 10 years.
After years of meticulous preparation, testing recipes, beef blends and fine-tuning, I felt I was finally ready to serve. But that doesn’t mean I’m done. I hope to keep working and improving to make sure we make you the best burgers to best of our abilities.
Oh, and our name.. that’s derived from the popular manga magazine “Banzai!” I used to read in my childhood. The whole aesthetic of the shop is built around that
