April “Omakase” Surprise Burger
At BUNZAI, we’ve never been the type to play it safe.
So this April, we’re doing something different. No collabs. No themed monthly burger. Instead, we're going on a full creative sprint — a kind of burger omakase.
If you’ve never heard the term before, “omakase” means “I leave it up to you” in Japanese. It’s a gesture of trust — and in our case, it means you’re putting your burger experience in our hands.
We're calling it the Omakase Burger: a constantly evolving, small-batch creation that changes as we experiment, riff, and react in real time. One day it might be something spicy and crunchy with funky pickles and a citrus kick. Two days later? Maybe it’s smoky, sweet, and dripping with miso-buttered onions and crispy shallots.
There are no rules. No repeats. We’re building, testing, and tasting in the kitchen, and you’re getting the results — fresh off the grill.
It’s fun for us, sure. But more than that, this is a way for us to share the process with you. The spontaneity, the curiosity, the chaos — all the parts of making food that we love.
And who knows? If something slaps hard enough, it might just earn a permanent place on the menu.
