Introducing the Barnzai Burger: A Fresh Collaboration with Barney Artist
Barney first visited us in March, and we immediately connected and liked each other's perspectives. I was particularly drawn to Barney's vlogs on Instagram, which capture everyday scenery in Switzerland in a way that makes you appreciate its beauty, even if you grew up here. From that connection, we're thrilled to present our first limited-edition creation: the Barnzai Burger, born from an exciting collaboration with rapper, influencer, and now Switzerland local, Barney Artist.
Barney brought his flair to the kitchen with the idea of adding mango chutney—but we went a step further to craft something truly special. After experimenting, we realized the original chutney had a bit too much spice, so we reimagined it as our very own "mango ketchup." This sweet and tangy twist perfectly complements the other flavors we layered into the Barnzai. Add in our homemade garlic aioli for creaminess, some jalapeños for a subtle kick, and fresh lettuce for that satisfying crunch—and you've got yourself one incredibly well-balanced burger.
The Barnzai Burger also marks the launch of our Saturday openings, and it's been a huge success so far. People have loved coming in on Saturdays to try this unique, flavor-packed collaboration.
From this collaboration, Barney also created some fun content around the collab including a song and music video.
